Despite her status as the ‘dream girl’ of South Indian movies, Samantha
comes across as a simple girl who speaks out her mind. She was recently
asked about her marriage plans and she replied without blinking an
eyelid that she would be getting married after three years.
Barely three years into the Telugu film industry, the 25-year-old has
already delivered five big hits, back to back. Call her talented, or
plain lucky, but fact is that Samantha is on the wish list of every top
actor, director and producer.
While she is gearing up to romance Suriya
in her next Tamil outing directed by Lingusamy, she also has several
Telugu films in her kitty. A lot of other offers are also pouring in for
this ‘Neethane En Ponvasantham’ bgirl.
The question of marriage was brought up during her recent interview
for a leading television channel. “I’m just 25 now and would get married
only after three years from now. I’d get married to my lover,” said
Samantha, with her sizzling smile in place.
Though she confessed that she is in a relationship, the actress was
not ready to reveal the identity of her man. Die-hard fans of Samantha
would surely be nursing their broken hearts now that Samantha has
‘officially’ announced that she is in love.
Samantha was, however, matured enough to state philosophically that
“I know that success in films can’t be a permanent affair; always, it’s
the family life which is permanent and one which can endure all sorts of
crises!
