Sivakarthikeyan’s Maan Karate that is going to hit the screens on April 4 has got a phenomenal pre-release buzz. The hot young star’s next will be Taana directed by Durai Senthilkumar who debuted with the super hit film Ethirneechal. The second schedule of this film produced by Dhanush under hi Wunderbar films is expected to start in first week of April.
After finishing Taana, Sivakarhikeyan will move on to a film to be directed by Ponram who delivered a tremendous successful film Varuthapadadha Valibar Sangam as his debut venture and raised the star status of Sivakarthikeyan. Now the latest buzz is that leading heroine Tamannah may be approached for the heroine role of the film.
For the first time in Maan Karate, Sivakarthikeyan has acted with a leading heroine like Hansika. If he gets to pair with Tamannah it will be a solid indicator of the upward trend of his star status. The names of Kajal,Andrea and Priya Anand are also considered for the lead lady of the film.
Sivakarthikeyan has reportedly signed another film with Madan of Escape Artistes who has produced Maan Karate with him. Script for the untitled film will be written by RD Raja who has written the lyrics for ‘Royapuram Peter’ and ‘Vizhigalil’ numbers in Maan Karate. The film is going to be directed by Rohan Krishna who debuted with the film Pattalam, that had new comers in the lead roles and actress Nadhiya playing a central character.
