Trisha pair with Vijay Sethupathi
Actress Trisha who has successfully completed ten years as a heroine in Tamil film industry recently signed up for a role in actor Ajith’s 55th film that is being directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon.
Now the latest buzz is that the former Miss Chennai is likely to be paired up with Vijay Sethupathi in a film that is going to be directed by Nalan Kumarasamy of ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ fame.
It is to be remembered that Nalan Kumarasamy had announced a few months back, that he will be working with Vijay Sethupathi, the lead actor of his debut film again but only after finishing the film that he is currently working on.
Vijay Sethupathi is also busy with many projects and his dates will be available for Nalan only at a later stage.
It is for this film, we come across reports that Trisha is being considered for the lead heroine role. When we talked with Trisha’s mother to confirm this, she said that her daughter is getting quite many offers nowadays but she has not heard of anything about a film with Vijay Sethupathi in the lead, as of now.

The heirs of this palace are living in various places. In order to sell the palace, all of them come to palace and stay there for three days.
What happens to them is the story of Aranmanai. I don’t have any pair for me. Hansika, Andrea, Lakshmi Rai, Kovai Sarala, Vinay,Santhanam, Saravanan, Manobala, Santhana Bharathi, Kadhal Thandapani, Swaminathan, Chitra Lakshmanan and Ganesh have also acted in this film.
Bharadwaj has composed the music while U K Senthilkumar has handled the camera. I have written the story while Udhayan has penned the screenplay. Venkat has written the dialogues. Dinesh Karthik is producing Aranmanai under the banner Vision Eye.
The shooting of this film has taken place in Pollachi and Karaikudi. A grand palace set was erected in Hyderabad.

As we all know, ‘Uttama Villain’ that has Padma Bhushan actor Kamal Haasan playing dual roles is bifurcated into two portions: one set in the contemporary era and the other in 8th century.
In an exclusive chat with TamilWire, the film’s director Ramesh Aravind revealed that the 21st century portions of the film have been finished, and the 8th-9th century portions are being shot in real locations in Madhya Pradesh and Bangalore. The shoot is currently progressing at Bangalore and it will be a single stretch 50 day long schedule.
Speaking about the title and the plot, the popular actor who has acted with Kamal Haasan in many movies and now directing the veteran in Tamil for the first time said, “in life duality is constant – Strong weak, Good Bad, God Devil – like that if there is a Uthaman obviously there will be a villain – and everyone of us have the both shade in us.”
Speaking about the songs, Ramesh Aravind said, one song has been completed and shot in Turkey recently and another song is in progress. The director says all crew members including the music director Ghibran have been selected very carefully and expressed happiness saying, ” Hard working, talented and nice people are nearly impossible to find and all in my set are like that is nice”.
The director also assured that the movie will be a very interesting cocktail with more focus on comedy and relationship.
‘Uttama Villain’ has Pooja, Andrea, Parvathy Menon, Parvathy Nair, Oorvasi, Jayaram, Nasser, Chithra Lakshmanan, M.S.Basker and many others in its star cast. Veteran directors K.Balachander and K.Vishwanath play extended cameo roles in the film.
The film is being produced by Tirrupathi Brothers of N.Lingusamy and Rajkamal Films International.

Dhanush Film Anegan is almost complete

Actor Dhanush is currently acting in many projects. While his production venture ‘Velayilla Pattadhari’ directed by acclaimed cinematographer Velraj is on the verge of completion his ‘Anegan’ directed by K.V.Anand is also 90% complete as stated in an official press statement sent from the AGS Entertainments, the producers of the flick.
‘Anegan’ will be the costliest film ever in Dhanush’s career so far. Dhanush will be appearing in at least four different get ups in the film. The film stars Amarya Dasthur as the female lead opposite Dhanush and ‘Navarasa Nayagan’ Karthik is playing the lead villain role. The supporting cast includes Ashish Vidyarthi, Aishwarya Devan, Thalaivasal Vijay, Mukesh Tiwari, Jagan and Lena.
Anand’s regular composer Harris Jayaraj has scored music. Popular singer and daughter of Maestro Ilaiyaraja has sung a song ‘Athadi Athadi’ written by ace lyricist Vairamuthu for the film.
Writer duo Shubha have written the dialogues and script along with K.V.Anand. Om Prakash is the cinematographer and Anthony takes care of Editing.
Only two songs and climax have to be shot for the film. The entire shoot will be completed by next month.
The AGS team is planning to release the film very soon.

Name of Ajith's Character in Gautham film
In a recent interview that was taken after the commencement of his new film with Ajith and Anushka in lead roles, Director Guatham menon had said that he is yet to fix the title of the film.
The ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ director had said that he is thinking of an interesting title and will announce once he gets it. He also hinted that the name of the character played by Ajith in this A.M.Ratnam production venture may also be selected as the title of the film.
Now we have gathered information that the name of the character played by Ajith in the film is Sathyadev. Hence there is a possibility that actor Ajith’s 55th film maybe titled as ‘Sathyadev’.
However we have to remember that the director has not ruled out the possibility of Ajith playing a dual role in the film and we have to wait for a confirmation on that.
